The Fundraising Committee have set the date as Sunday 4th August for the annual Mid-Winter Swim and Duck Race. The postponement date will be August 18. 
Due to quite tricky tides times this year we have had to push the annual fundraiser out to the beginning of the third term, giving us plenty of time to make this an awesome day to remember. This year we have also teamed up with DOC to include blue Whio ducks in our Duck Race. More about this partnership will be sent out in the coming weeks. So with the date set and planning underway, the Fundraising Committee would like to gather ideas from the wider school community about what we should be fundraising for. There will be a survey sent out soon, that will give you an opportunity to share your ideas. These ideas will be collated and ranked and presented to the Board Of Trustees.  We will also be seeking volunteers for this year’s event and a separate flyer will be sent home explaining what we need so please look out for this.
